About this practice set

This set checks the core words and grammar a beginner needs before reading signs or following instructions at work. It covers workplace safety words, common tools and equipment, numbers with counters such as 개, 명, 시, 분 and 원, everyday action verbs, and basic particles and endings such as 을/를, 에/에서, -지 마세요, -아/어 주세요 and -아/어야 해요. All questions and Korean sentences are original.

It suits EPS-TOPIK learners who have finished learning Hangul and want a short, focused check on vocabulary and grammar, or who want to find weak areas before moving on to longer reading and listening practice. Each answer comes with an explanation of the key Korean words and why the most tempting wrong option is wrong.

This is a 20 question topic practice set. It is not an official full-length mock exam, and it does not describe how the official exam is structured. Check the current official notice for exam details.
